Stephen Mason

Insurance Trainer and Consultant. FCII, FCIPD, FBIBA

Stephen has 29 years experience of the London insurance market. He started at Willis in International Non-Marine and progressed to become Willis' Professional Development Manager. Since then he has worked for the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and as the Training Manager for the British Insurance Brokers Association (BIBA) set up their UK training programme. Since 2000 Stephen has been with Marsh providing a full learning and development consultancy service to a variety of business units.

Stephen joined 4D Group in 2005 and trains a selection of the technical and professional courses. Separately, Stephen is qualified in psychometric testing which enables him to help clients with staff selection, career counselling and team building.

Stephen is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. He holds the British Psychological Society Level B (Intermediate) certificate in Occupational Testing
